Welcome to Speed Travels. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, app, and all services offered by Speed Travels (PVT) LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse any feature, violate laws, or infringe upon any third-party rights while using Speed Travels platforms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce or sell any information obtained from our platform.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

• Bookings can be made online, via app, or by phone.
• Payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer unless otherwise specified.
• Cancellations done within 24 hours of booking are free. Cancellations under 24 hours before pickup may incur up to 50% cancellation fee.

4. Service Availability

Speed Travels strives to ensure our platform is always available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues without liability to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, images, and text on this website belong to Speed Travels (PVT) LTD. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or exploit any part without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Speed Travels will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, cancellations, property damage, or losses, to the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law.

7. Relationship with Drivers

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Speed Travels. We act solely as a booking intermediary between passengers and drivers, and we are not responsible for driver conduct, accidents, theft, or service issues during your journey.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes your acceptance of revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
